At EMP Industrial, we are committed to ensuring you have the right gear for your performance needs. If your sports equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your EMP Industrial account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or dispatch your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
