Balance Pod
Spikey non-slip Balance Pods combine balance training and motor skill development.
Simply place them on the ground in any pattern and step from one to another.
The Large Pod can be used with either the spikey side up or the flat side up for a more challenging workout.
As well as balance training, these pods can be used for massaging and stimulating the blood flow in your feet, back or neck.
